Terms and Conditions

1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via a telematic network on the La Sella Roma site belonging to La Sella Roma based in Via della Cuccagna, 16 – Rome.
These purchases are reserved for direct user Customers, with the exclusion of subjects such as merchants, wholesalers, retailers, professionals, etc. who intend to sell their products to third parties.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and, as far as the protection of confidentiality is concerned, will be subjected to the legislation referred to in Law n. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.

2. Acceptance of the general sales conditions
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with La Sella Roma, the general conditions and payment terms transcribed below, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided to him in accordance with the aforementioned rules, also acknowledging that La Sella Roma itself does not consider itself bound by different conditions if not previously agreed in writing.

3. Customer commitments
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be examined online by customers visiting the La Sella Roma site before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
The Customer undertakes and commits, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep the present general sales conditions, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition of which to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999.

4. How to purchase
Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptions and techniques, are made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time the order confirmation is forwarded, in addition to transport costs as follows specified in the following art. 6, and displayed at the time of purchase.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of purchase of more products and the relative transport costs. Confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the date and the total amount of his order and the details thereof.

5. Payments
The payment of the purchased products and of the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer upon the forwarding of the order confirmation through the use of one of the credit cards available and indicated online.

Payment by credit card
We accept major credit cards. The credit card is the most convenient and convenient payment method.
The transaction takes place online via BankPass Web. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express cards. The user data is transmitted encrypted according to the SSL (Secur Socket Layer) system directly on the Banca Sella server which guarantees the security of data transmission according to the banking procedures in force. Attention: the debit to the account happens at the moment of the order.

6. Product delivery
The purchased products will be delivered by La Sella Roma to the address indicated by the Customer.
Each shipment contains:

Product deliveries will take place on all working days. The delivery of the Products by La Sella Roma may be divided, without this implying any responsibility for La Sella Roma.
The couriers used do not make preventive phone calls or handle requests for shipments at particular times.
Orders will only be processed with fully available merchandise.
Delivery times and related costs depend on product availability, shipping methods and the chosen carrier.
The Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet.
Only after this verification the Customer will have to accept the delivery, after which he will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what he has delivered in relation to the order placed. If, on the other hand, there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, according to the aforementioned procedures, the customer will not have to accept the goods, he will have to raise the dispute directly to the carrier and send an email through the Online Customer Service.

7. Warranties and defective products
Products purchased through La Sella Roma are subject to the discipline, as applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Journal n. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and on guarantees concerning consumer goods and, for what not contemplated therein, to the specific provisions foreseen by the Civil Code.
This guarantee will apply to products that present defects of conformity and / or malfunctions that cannot be found at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, that is to say in respect of its destination and of what is foreseen in any technical documentation , with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.
The aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in using the product. The guarantee is personal and will therefore only apply to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for merchants, retailers, etc.
La Sella Roma reserves the right to verify the defect stated by the customer and to carry out the replacement only after this check.
The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package: Purchase invoice, order number and date, brief description of the defect found.

8. Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the La Sella Roma site are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. If you have your order wrong and have received an item that you did not want, you have 10 days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product. We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, as long as it is in perfect condition, refunding the entire amount (except for packaging and shipping costs, as required by Italian law).
Include a copy of the delivery note in the delivery package, which must be correctly packaged, and send it to: La Sella Roma.
